About Danielle Acosta

I’m a detail-oriented operations professional with 4+ years of experience managing NYC mixed-use portfolios and supporting multiple ownership groups. I’m known for being organized, responsive, and execution-focused. I'm someone who can take a moving target, build a clear system around it, and make sure the important things actually get done.In my current role, I oversee day-to-day building operations with a strong emphasis on compliance and follow-through, rent-stabilized workflows and DHCR coordination, vendor oversight, invoice review/budget support, and resident escalations. I also have experience supporting tenant subsidy programs and handling time-sensitive issues that require calm communication and quick problem-solving.What I enjoy most is improving how things run: streamlining tracking/reporting, tightening processes, and helping teams stay aligned so work moves forward without constant firefighting. My strengths translate well to operational roles that involve coordination, compliance, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.Always happy to connect with others in real estate, operations, and client-facing roles.
