Starting as a novice a few years ago, I am now the marketing manager, who has launched a successful rebrand for The Education Network in 2023! Compliance Management: As a Compliance Manager, I specialise in all things compliance. I lead initiatives to ensure that The Education Network not only meets but surpasses compliance requirements. My approach involves creating robust compliance frameworks, conducting thorough audits, and ensuring that we are doing everything within our power to keep the children we support safe. This helped us to gain 100% on our latest compliance Audit. Marketing Coordination: In my role as a Marketing Coordinator, I bring a fresh approach to the brand. I have been able to identify areas in which we can grow as a business through marketing. My goal is to elevate The Education Network's brand presence and help the team shout about all the amazing things that they do on a daily basis. With our rebrand in 2023, we have been brought a fresh new look to TEN and, retained our core values. New look, same Education Network that you know and love! Education: I hold a BA (Hons) in Photography from Staffordshire University, where I developed a strong foundation for all things creative.
