About Danielle Barrass

As a highly motivated and meticulous individual, I have a proven track record of exceptional service delivery. As Head of Operations I manage all the day-to-day operations for a Financial Services Membership Organisation and have the opportunity to be part of team building a new European Data Aggregation and Dissemination business for Asset Mangers and their distribution channels. I have experience working across a wide range of technical and administrative functions, collaborating with multiple business functions to ensure the organisation including the multiple subsidiary companies can all operate efficiently. Recently projected managed the implementation of two new technology solutions which are widely used across the financial services sector. My experience with data collection, data management and system integrations including managing websites, supply chain and a team of staff reflects my ability to be agile. I have a very strong work ethic; I strive for continuous improvement and believe we can always do better. Being organised is probably my best asset, in an Operational role you need to be able manage a highly varied workload where processes continuously change. I see myself as pragmatic and relationship building skills come naturally to me. It is my responsibility to deliver solutions that enable my team and the business to succeed, I describe myself as analytical, innovative, and highly organised.
