About Danielle Barry

I am a passionate believer in helping people find the best version of themselves through healthy reflection and mindfulness. I believe in living a healthy life, holistically; understanding how food, exercise, our thoughts and actions effect the way we function. I possess extensive knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders according to the DSM-V. In depth understanding of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation mental disorders, as well as for career and guidance counseling. Knowledge of group behavior and dynamics, societal trends and influences, human migrations, ethnicity, cultures and their history and origins. Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the points being made, and ask questions as appropriate. Client, detail-oriented and very easy to communicate with.
