About Danielle Bartlett

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences (ISS), which complement my current role as a Couris Family Administrative Fellow at Tampa General Hospital (TGH). Here, I contribute to promoting positive change within healthcare and advocate for ensuring healthcare access to all, workplace well-being, and diversity. Building on my experience at TGH, I am pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) for broader impact, proudly serving as a Student DBA Ambassador while also mentoring aspiring professionals as a coach of the Business Development Club (BDC) at the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business. As a USF alum member, I am devoted to encouraging growth and nurturing strategic thinking in the next generation of business leaders. Drawing from my diverse background in hospitality, where I specialized in optimizing processes and sustaining innovation, I've honed skills in leading cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and am deeply committed to talent development. Additionally, my expertise extends to home organization, interior design, and entrepreneurship through owning my own business. Moreover, my experience as a research assistant in Industrial-Organizational (I-0) Psychology, focusing on meta-analysis research, has provided insights into employee management and work-life balance. I bring a diverse skill set and a deep commitment to empowering individuals for mental and physical well-being, advocating for kindness, compassion, and various humanitarian causes, including human rights, animal welfare, and environmental preservation. I'm also proud to serve as a PADI Dive Master, committed to preserving marine ecosystems through volunteer teaching of diving skills.
