About Danielle Bautista MacGregor

Having completed a bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering at SAE Institute, Sydney, I developed a keen interest in cinematic sound - recording, mixing, design as well as post production. My current role is that of an Audiovisual Support Services Team Leader, one that allows me to use the technical skills I have developed throughout my career in the AV industry, my creativity developed through the many projects completed during my time at university as well as my interpersonal and communication skills developed during my years working in both hospitality and retail. Through this role, I have developed a love of leadership and building up my team and each individual to their fullest potential. Regular collaboration with stakeholders allows us to address technical challenges and implement tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction. My strengths are customer satisfaction, working well under pressure, thinking of new possibilities, problem solving and connecting with individuals to find customized solutions to their needs. If I were to describe myself in two words, those two words would be "technically creative".
