A passionate and trustworthy Emergency Department Clinical Nurse with a passion and interest in emergency nursing and care, education, preceptorship and mentoring student nurses and graduate nurses. I specialise in advanced level emergency nursing care for critically ill adults and paediatric patients within a clinical setting in both private and public hospitals. I am advanced life support trained, and I am part of the resuscitation team, working in all roles of Circulation, Airway and Scribe team leader. I am a proud advocate for my patients and provide quality healthcare that is supported by evidence-based practice. I have a solid background in holistic nursing care practice throughout the lifespan - experience working within an emergency setting with a wide range of patients with severe and complex health issues. I work well on my initiative and within a multi-disciplinary team environment - a strong team player and sound team leader with excellent interpersonal skills, communicating concisely at all levels. I am enthusiastic, highly motivated and perform efficiently under pressure.
