About Danielle Berghoff

My name is Danielle and I graduated Penn State University with a BS in Psychology (specialization Business). After studying abroad with Semester at Sea my junior year, I decided to take advantage of my dual citizenship with Germany and attend graduate school in the Netherlands to continue thriving and learning about other cultures while furthering my education. In my MSc Program of Work and Organizational Psychology at VU Amsterdam, I took a range of courses from Advanced Human Resources to Consumer Behavior and Economics, and then had the opportunity to intern for Philips in the Change Management Practice to use what I learned in my academics to aid in bettering organizational change. My masters thesis was about the impact of leadership on group cohesiveness and how that impacts effectiveness of a team. After graduation, I came back to the U.S. to use my experiences and gain more knowledge in various fields. While the entire world was affected by Covid and the implications were unkown, businesses still needed help. I worked for a Chevy dealership for two years focusing on marketing and inventory management which was greatly needed as the automotive market only continued to thrive through the pandemic. Following this experience, I wanted to finally pursue my field of studies and enter the field of Human Resources. Safelite granted me the opportunity to expand on learning more of the HR world as I joined the Supply Chain People Business Partner team to help support their newest distribution center in Nanticoke, PA.
