Danielle Bicer is a transactional entertainment attorney at Boat Rocker Studios. She negotiates deals and provides legal counsel for scripted television projects. Previously, Danielle was a member of MRC Entertainment's Business & Legal Affairs team, where she was production counsel for Apple's Hello Tomorrow and Shining Girls, and before that, DLA Piper's Media, Sport and Entertainment sector and Intellectual Property and Technology practice, where she represented production companies, studios, networks and independent producers, sales agents and distributors in the financing, development, acquisition, production, distribution and exploitation of motion picture, television, commercial and new media content. Danielle also has experience drafting and negotiating talent, master service, technology, new media, branded content, employment, independent contractor and marketing agreements. As part of her practice, Danielle provides production legal services on live action and animated television and theatrical motion pictures.
