I am an Employee Experience (EX) Listening Manager, Coach and Occupational Psychology Professional Doctorate/MRes student. I have a passion for creating positive and productive workplaces. With a deep understanding of human behaviour, motivation, and organisational dynamics, I help organisations to design and implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement. As an EX Listening Manager, I partner with organisations to develop and execute employee experience strategies that create a positive work environment, drive engagement, and improve retention. My expertise in employee engagement surveys and other research methods helps me to identify areas for improvement and design tailored programs to meet organisational needs. Additionally, I have extensive experience in implementing 360 degree feedback programs, providing employees with the opportunity to receive feedback from colleagues and supervisors, and enhancing their overall professional development. As an Occupational Psychology MSc graduate and Professional Doctoral student I leverage my expertise to help organisations create a culture that encourages employee development, learning, and growth. I use my coaching skills to empower employees to identify and enhance their strengths and develop strategies to overcome challenges. My experience in leadership development, team dynamics, and organisational change enables me to work effectively with organisations to design and implement programs that support employee growth and development. I am passionate about using data to inform decision-making and drive change. My expertise in data analytics enables me to extract insights that inform decision-making, while my commitment to ongoing learning ensures I remain up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employee experience, engagement, and development.
