About Danielle Brown

Over the past 10 years, the majority of my work experience has been providing counseling to higher education students and performing administrative work in the higher education industry. During this time, I also served my community as a Housing Stabilization Navigator in 2021, working with recently homeless individuals to help them become accustomed to indoor living again. I also worked my way up from making sandwiches at a Panera Bread location to becoming a trainer, then shift supervisor, team manager, and assistant general manager within 2 1/2 years. Regardless of my role, I always take pride in my work and strive to provide quality service or products to others. I am no stranger to learning new tasks and taking on additional responsibilities to aide in my personal growth and development. I do not believe in stagnancy and am always working toward a goal, whether professionally or personally; planners and to-do lists are my best friends. My work in the higher education industry has primarily been performed in a remote capacity (which has only enhanced my organization and time management skills) and requires a great deal of independence, but I play well with others and do what I can to support my team members. I'm a helper by nature; the intrinsic rewards of helping others achieve a goal and seeing their vision come to fruition is worth every second of my time. People are valuable. I wish more people spent their time investing in others.
