About Danielle Buchanan

As a Data Lead at McCormick & Company, I facilitate data conversion, extraction, construction, and governance for the R3NA program, a strategic initiative to transform and optimize the supply chain operations in North America. I work inter-departmentally to support and align program goals, and assist in the validation of information architecture, data definitions, system structures, process flow, and user interfaces against functional and technical requirements. I also support the identification of root causes for data sourcing gaps and data quality issues, and populate data construction templates based on process design decisions. I have a strong background in supply chain management, with two graduate certificates in International Business Management and Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Fanshawe College, where I graduated with honors. I am currently pursuing a CITT designation to further enhance my skills and knowledge in this field. I have extensive cross-functional expertise in production planning, purchasing, and data analytics, using various operating software such as SAP APO, SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Kofax, Ariba, and Maximo. I am an accomplished, versatile, and innovative professional, with a proven track record of delivering sustainable results, solving complex problems, and thinking analytically and creatively. I am a self-starter, who can excel under marginal direction, and a team player, who can collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
