I am a Pharmacy graduate with excellent Management, organisational and communication skills. I have the ability to plan, prioritise work and develop solutions in an effective and efficient manner to achieve set targets whilst delivering to a high standard of work both individually or within a team environment and I'm committed to continuous learning and self development for my personal and professional growth. As a Pharmacy Manager at Well formerly known as The Co-operative Pharmacy Pharmacy Ltd, I provide excellent patient care and ensure safe and efficient running of the pharmacy while making improvements to grow the business. I recently stepped up to join the team at Cardiff and Vale Mass Immunisations to assist in the rollout of the Covid Vaccination Program. I also manage the team of volunteers and the day to day running of Caldicot Foodbank
