I am an experienced commercial real estate professional with over 18 years of experience. Extensive experience in leading a team in property management and asset management, commercial real estate financial analysis, property valuation and litigation. As well as residential market analysis including the rental market With a proactive approach and strong relationships within the industry our success rate exceeds industry standards when confirming accuracy with property assessments, resulting in possible tax savings for our clients. I have been involved with many different roles in the industry from tax consultant, market analyst and market research associate, to my current position Director of Real Estate services. Located in Calgary and specializing in Calgary commercial real estate I am also a proud member and a past President of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), where I accomplished a personal goal of developing the first 3-year Strategic Plan. As a member of the Board of Directors of CREW Calgary for 6 years, I played a key role in governance development and budget development for the organization.
