About Danielle Clark

Currently, I am seeking a full-time, entry level position in Human Resources with an organization of any size. I prefer to either stay in Northwest Arkansas or be located in the West. Specifically, I am interested in California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. I am also interested in working internationally. As you may have noticed, I received my B.S.B.A concentrated in Human Resources Management and minored in Economics in December of 2011. During my time at the University of Arkansas as a non-traditional student, I maintained a 3.3 cumulative grade point average, and finished my last semester in December 2011 with a 3.75. While I attended the university, I was employed in the retail industry. Specifically, I worked at Petco. My favorite thing to do at Petco was train new employees. Whenever I taught a new employee how to do something, I was friendly, thorough, efficient, and effective. It is out of my experience in training that I am interested in the Human Resources field of Training & Development. In addition to the desire to pursue a long-term career in Human Resources, I am particularly interested in the following areas: cultural diversity, economic development, sustainablitiy, health & wellness, culinary arts, fine arts, marketing, and entertainment. I offer you my strong academic performance, my years of experience working with people, great communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office, the ability to successfully work in a group/independently, my aspiration to pursue a career in Human Resources, and my varied interests.
