Handle all paperwork for new officers including training books, state license registration, fingerprinting, access to when to work, MS Shift, HotSOS, and computer access • Enter all Managers and officers time off requests in Atlas • Make all new STAR IDs and enter everyone into the door system so they have access to go through the tunnel doors • Handle all paperwork for security, lost and found, paradise springs, and first aid • Maintain state license to make sure all our officers are renewed and keep up to date registration with the state. • Handle the checkbook for first aid, security, and paradise springs, which also includes ordering all the supplies for each one of these departments. • Handle all key requests and enter every person that is allowed to check out keys into MS shift along with filing all of them and participating in the hard key audit once a year • Handling my bosses schedule to make sure he doesn’t miss key meetings and events • In charge of STAR morale for my department and planning all events and outings we do for our officers
