About Danielle Cook

I am the owner and Director of CPH Mental Health Counseling, formerly known as the Center for Psychosexual Health. I am a licensed mental health therapist in the state of NY and worked with transgender patients and their families since 2011. I received a dual master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from Canisius College, giving me experience in both school and clinical settings. Due to my unique training, I have presented on Gender Dysphoria, in addition to other specialties provided by the Center, to WNY schools, universities, agencies, and community resource groups.I have also provided education at the state and national level as well as provided assessment material for the international WPATH conference in Amsterdam in June 2016. In addition to my role as Director at CPH mental Health Counseling, I also am the Executive Director for the Children’s Growth Foundation, and a master's level Adjunct Professor at Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. I have also been named one of Business First's 40 Under 40 honorees for 2015 and the recipient of the GLYS Friendship Award in 2016. Please visit the websites for more information:
