I have managed to absorb everything I need to know to manage portfolios and their finances. Although I am still an assistant I deal with issues above my normal day to day responsibilities. This has made me grow as a person within work and personally. I have also won an award for my progression and made very good relationships with team. I have absolutely loved my time so far with Remus and am excited to see how far I can grow within this company. Customer Care Coordinator 08/2018 – 02/2020 Althea UK & Ireland group In this position I deal with integrated medical technology. I am responsible for ensuring the assets in hospitals across the UK and Ireland are within compliance of their regulations from their suppliers. I also deal with the customer care centre and take calls regularly dealing with customer queries or complaints. I deal with high value client and contracts on a daily basis. I have implemented the 5* customer service skills I learnt from my previous roles and have managed to pick up more skills along the way. This role has given me responsibility and a sense of urgency and efficiency when dealing with High priority cases.
