I am a future Human Resource Coordinator, currently working to enhance my skills toward a Human Resource Manager and an HRIS Analyst/Specialist. I am an exceptionally hard worker and compassionate about everything I put my mind to. With my 8+ years of experience in the non-profit industries, my career allowed me to work with the I/DD population from teaching life and educational skills to advocating. My main strength is to train, develop, and mentor each person to be the best that they can be. I graduated with my B.B.A in Information Technology and working towards my M.B.A in HR Management and Computer Science. I enjoy family engagements. dancing, video games, researching new topics I am unfamiliar with and reading. I chose to pursue a career in HR because I love the fact that I will be able to help develop a diversity of people. I also enjoy completing different tasks each day as well as helping others complete their goals in their career.
