About Danielle D Oakry

As a Senior Project/Program Manager for the past 15+ years, I have been involved in most all aspects of project management from a technical perspective. My technical acumen, coupled with my ability to cause change within others, showcases my competency to manage a vast variety of projects. I have experience in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies (including SAFe), and although my background is visibility strong in the hardware and infrastructure arena, my software application experience should not be perceived as limited, as I have managed application upgrades and installations over the past 6 years continuously. Over my career, I have worked in several different industries: Finance, Banking, Telecommunications, Technology, Cable/Media, and Higher Education. I am actively seeking to break into the Pharmaceutical and Medical industries, as well as government agencies. Exposure and experience with creating roadmaps, schedules, project plans, scrum coaching, change management, software releases, data center, and cloud migrations, security vulnerability projects (OS & HW), OKR's/KPI's, C-level reporting, reporting (financial/savings, burndown, progress, RAG)
