About Danielle Dani Crowe

For 13 years, I have been with the Museum of Fine Arts and in this time I have gained experience and knowledge in a multitude of different professional areas. As a Security Specialist, I would respond and assist in medical emergencies on the premises. I partnered and worked closely with our event team to help plan and execute event security plans. I was responsible for completing daily briefing logs and incident reports. Additionally, I supported the investigative team in running and reviewing footage throughout the museum. In my previous role as the training and development manager, I managed multiple staff members, oversaw the annual completion of the department’s performance evaluations for officers, and reviewed all disciplinary warnings. My past experience also includes eight years in a healthcare based environment, five years of which were focused on healthcare security. I have a Masters of Arts and a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a certificate in Forensic Criminology from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. My background includes 17.5 years in the security industry specializing in management, event security, customer service, and excellent time management & organizational skills.
