Danielle Decatur is an award-winning creative director with extensive experience in both consumer and professional healthcare marketing across a range of brands US and Global. Danielle served on the 2024 Cannes Lions Health & Wellness jury, evaluating the work that will set the bar for creativity. She was awarded multiple Cannes Lions in 2024 and notable, awarded a Glass Cannes Lion in 2023 for the ‘EVERYTHING THEY DIDN’T TELL YOU,’ Project in Black maternal health. This project also received the coveted Fusion Pencil from the One Show. She has had the privilege of serving on several industry juries including as Clio Health Jury Chair for health and wellness in 2022. Danielle has been recognized for creative excellence across a wide range of categories including women’s health, ophthalmology, respiratory, weight management, bone health, beverages, and beauty. She is lauded for her strong storytelling and nurturing relationships with her teams and clients. Danielle fosters an environment that encourages her creatives to strive for excellence and client teams to confidently advocate for new and different. Outside of advertising, she is an accomplished writer with published short stories. Danielle holds a degree from the University of Virginia in English and literature as well as a Master in Fine Arts with a concentration in fiction from Bennington College. She has the honor of being a mom to two boys who keep her striving for creative ideas that will change their world for the better.
