Education Professional with a versatile skill set, desire to help others, always seeking opportunity for growth, and seeks opportunity to deal with diverse groups of people. Throughout my experience over the last decade in education and in the hospitality/restaurant industry, I acquired an invaluable skill set that is reciprocal in many professions. Interpersonal skills paired with strong written/verbal communication enables me to be confident with customer service as well as being a part of a professional team. I have excellent time-management and organizational skills as a result of meeting deadlines, preparing for presentations and handling multiple projects simultaneously. Creativity, presentation design and navigating various technology are some of my greatest strengths. As an English Teacher, School Leader and professional, I communicate with multiple stakeholders, requiring the skill of interacting with diverse populations. Attention to detail in the field of education is very important when dealing with curriculum, presentations, student writing, research, and written communication with stakeholders. Dealing with diverse populations, being involved with various committees, and as a representative to the Board of Trustees, I was discrete with confidential information. I am self-motivated, a fast learner, and eager to face new challenges. I am mission/vision driven, not afraid of hard work and strive to bring the institution that I work for as well as my co-workers to success.
