People Analytics • Analyze HRIS (Infor GHR/Workday), ATS, exit interviews, feedback surveys, and turnover data to make adjustments to recruitment strategy to attract a diverse candidate pool. Training & Development • Determine developmental needs through various feedback methods and data to develop resources and conduct virtual and in person training sessions with all levels of management on a variety of HR topics and best practices such as recruitment and retention, coaching and goal setting, servant leadership, and motivation. • Utilize post-training feedback surveys to determine effectiveness of material and assess for training gaps. Employee Engagement • Partner in developing, implementing, and leading projects and initiatives that align with business growth objectives and team strategies; engages with leadership on strategic initiatives that drive and maintain a high-performing and engaged workforce. Vendor Management • Utilize vendor partners such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and Indeed to market company recruitment related information highlighting employee value proposition, increasing applications. • Drive efficiency through continuous improvement to increase cost savings and decrease time spent. • Initiate RFP’s, conduct research, configure, and implement new systems as needed.
