About Danielle Dunn

Danielle has been in the real estate world for more than a decade, starting through selling residential real estate before moving into the commercial shopping center world. She has worn many hats throughout her commercial career, including work in operations, property management, project management, asset management, acquisitions, and leasing. She has also conducted due diligence for the purchase of 8 lifestyle and neighborhood shopping centers by collecting underlying documents, reviewing leases, gross sales, and restrictions, conducting tenant interviews, providing market comps for underwriting, and finalizing budgets for vacant and future turnover. Leveraging her knowledge from the commercial retail world, Danielle and her partner began personally investing in multifamily apartments in 2018, acquiring cash flowing real estate in Pennsylvania while living in California. They have since started REal Growth Investments and are actively expanding their business to emerging markets across the United States while partnering with other investors, both active and passive.
