About Danielle Durant

BioDanielle Durant attended a performing arts high school and began ballet training at age three. She went on to study Economics with an interest in how the social science intersects with many other fields, including psychology, business, political science, geography, mathematics, sociology, law, and medicine. She then studied English at Columbia University. Danielle followed her creative passion and began a career in fashion at Alberta Ferretti and then public relations with People’s Revolution. She was also the costume designer on a movie filmed in London with an Academy Award winner. She has experience in the non-profit world with Donna Karan’s Urban Zen Foundation and recently produced the Mom’s First Summit where former First Lady and Vice President Hillary Clinton, Governor Kathy Hochul, and Katie Couric were featured speakers. Danielle is passionate about volunteering with organizations such as the Henry Street Settlement and the Women’s Shelter at the Park Avenue Armory. Currently, she is working on opening a cannabis dispensary in Southampton, NY, although Danielle’s most important role is being a mom to her 4 year old daughter Annabelle.
