About Danielle Dwyer

I have 7+ years experience in the Tech industry, all with a strong focus on Learning and Development. Prior to entering Tech, I was a Social Worker, working in several different capacities to help coordinate care and support to those in need - children and families, elderly, and volunteered as a youth development and English Teacher in Cambodia through the Peace Corps. Identifying a space within the Tech Industry where I can use my passion for improving lives opened my eyes to the many different ways I can make an impact. Learning, development, and training are at the core of what I am most passionate about. Through training and development, I have been able to scale my knowledge and leadership, and provide real opportunities for growth in others. My skills include, but are not limited to, developing learning and development programs based on individual needs, assessing, advising, consulting, measuring impact, active listening, skills gap assessments, and ability to balance development opportunities with business needs.
