In 2019, I began my career at Penn Medicine as a Patient Services Associate, while completing my Bachelor's of Science in Organizational Studies. After two years, I was promoted to Ambulatory Access Center Supervisor of the Neurosciences and Pain Management departments. During this time, I also completed my Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration with a specialization in Organizational Leadership and Change Management in January 2022. As of September 2022, I currently am a Senior Practice Manager for Orthopedic Surgery at Penn Medicine.
