Objective: Provide clinical services to individuals and families across the family planning cycle, including alternative reproductive therapies assessment, pre-conception planning, conflict resolution, family disclosure, and grief and loss. Continue to work with adolescents and young adults with issues of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other social/emotional/behavioral diagnoses utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Positive Discipline, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and other techniques. Experienced child and family therapist in traditional outpatient and in-home settings. Skilled in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children and families facing severe behavioral and emotional challenges. Also experienced in supervisory roles. Responsible for TBS new coach training and orientation, documentation quality assurance, and development of monthly safety trainings, gender responsiveness training, and crisis plan. Participated in Leadership Team to address program concerns and assign cases.
