With 13 years of experience as a dedicated educator, I am passionate about designing and implementing innovative learning experiences that inspire and engage students. I am pursuing a doctorate in education, specializing in curriculum and instruction, focusing on the impact of professional learning communities (PLCs) on teacher self-efficacy and collective efficacy. As a teacher leader for both my school and district, I have consistently worked to support the growth of my colleagues by fostering collaboration and sharing best practices. I have also had the privilege of presenting at local, regional, and national conferences, focusing on online instructional practices and the integration of technology in the classroom. My work centers on facilitating online courses that address diverse learner needs. I have extensive experience using online learning strategies, digital tools like Canva, and curated resources to design engaging and effective learning environments. I am committed to helping educators refine their instructional practices and foster continuous professional growth through collaborative learning and evidence-based strategies. When I’m not working on course development or teaching, I am focused on advancing my research in PLCs and their role in empowering teachers to improve student outcomes.
