About Danielle Everson

My practice includes employment litigation and counseling, appellate work and intellectual property issues including trademarks. My love for law developed as an intern at the Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office. From here, I had the opportunity to clerk at the Court of Appeal, Second District, Division Six, where I gained practical experience and invaluable insight into writs and appeals. In December of 2010, I was admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Since my admission to the Bar, I have handled a wide variety of litigation matters, including probate, construction defect, bankruptcy, real property, unlawful detainer, business and employment litigation. I have also worked on several appeals and writs in the areas of employment law, trust litigation, business litigation, and family law. My litigation experience gives me the necessary tools to effectively resolve disputes with the greatest benefit to my clients, especially in employment law. Aditionally, I have significant experience handling intellectual property issues including trademark registration, enforcing and policing copyright and trademark rights on the Internet and state and federal trademark prosecution. I work to help my clients manage their trademark portfolios, while offering guidance from registration through licensing and enforcement. In 2013, I had the honor of being recognized as one of Pacific Coast Business Times'"Top 40 under 40." Alongside my work, I have a passion to serve my community. I am a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme, a member of the Ventura County Bar Association, Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association, Ventura County Barristers and the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce, as well as a past member of Jerome H. Berenson American Inns of Court, Ventura County Chapter.
