I specialize in empowering healthcare professionals through evidence-based education, trauma-informed care, and program development. As a Clinical Educator and Nurse Residency Coordinator, I have led high-impact initiatives in emergency departments and championed professional development programs that promote clinical excellence and staff retention. My diverse background includes hands-on patient care, curriculum design, and research leadership, including published work on peer feedback, wellness, and burnout in nursing education.
