Our team is made up of creative, multi-talented & multi-disciplinary people delivering world-class technology experiences in the built environment. Technology & Engineering skills wise, we often bring on board people with absolutely no technical experience what-so-ever and help to train them up (as long as you share our values: Fun, Mastery, Integrity, Care and Discovery). When we do look for experienced people, it's usually in the following areas- Full-Stack Development - Platform Development - Infrastructure Design & Support - Network Design & Support - Commissioning Expert - Solution Architects - AV Engineers - Sound Engineers - Project & Site Managers, and Coordinators Because we're focused on end-experiences, we're not wedded to one technology, so our tech stack changes often. When we do actively look to bring new people on board, we really try to get to know people first and not just judge based on a CV or LinkedIn profile. We want to understand your values, your aspirations and what kind of role and work is going to get you out of bed every day, excited!
