About Danielle Gaston

I have an associate's degree from Bemidji State University, and I am currently working as a human resources operations specialist and talent acquisition coordinator at Stratasys, a global leader in additive manufacturing and 3D printing. My core competencies include customer experience, skilled multi-tasking, and appointment scheduling. In my current role, I work to recruit, hire, onboard, and collect paperwork for contractors, as well as source for direct hire production positions across the US sites. I partner with agencies for contingent labor. I also create and approve requisitions, conduct bi-weekly meetings with agencies, and connect with hiring managers once a week on the openings they have. I move candidates through the offer process and approve offers for contractors. I am motivated by finding the best talent for Stratasys and ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience for both candidates and managers. I value collaboration, communication, and efficiency, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences from my previous roles as a staffing coordinator and a healthcare unit coordinator at Fairview Health Services.
