About Danielle Gee

I’m a recent graduate from Sacramento State University with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Psychology. I'm currently exploring opportunities in healthcare, genetics, and patient services. My academic background includes four years of hands-on lab experience in biology and chemistry, which helped develop my attention to detail and strengthen my interest in the growing field of genetics. As a former Division I student-athlete in cross country and track, I've learned how to manage high expectations with discipline, strong time management, and effective teamwork. I take feedback well, collaborate easily with others, and stay focused on achieving long-term goals. These skills continue to shape my academic and professional journey. This fall, I will begin a Master’s program in Genetic Counseling at Loma Linda University. I’m passionate about making science meaningful in real-world, people-centered ways, and I’m excited to connect with professionals, mentors, and organizations working to improve access to compassionate, evidence-based care.
