About Danielle Glunt

Danielle began her career at USAA on June 6, 2005. She started in policy services, where she was a Member Service Representative and assisted members with their auto and homeowners policies. In September 2006 she transitioned to claims, where she started as an IRU Claims Representative. Danielle worked her way through the claims roles to include Auto Non Injury Adjuster and 1st Party Injury Adjuster. Danielle is currently an Injury Adjuster focused on handling 3rd party bodily injury claims. She has also assisted with CAT Claims when she worked Internal CAT Duty during Hurricane Ike, Hurricane Ida, Tropical Storm Henri, Mindy and Nicholas. Danielle really takes pride in assisting those in need and finds it very rewarding to assist during catastrophes. Danielle has also served on many special projects. Prior to her career at USAA, Danielle was a Manager for a retail juniors clothing store, Wet Seal. She also worked in the Bookkeeping Department at Home Depot, where her primary role was to count a lot of money all day. In Danielle's personal life she is actively involved with Tampa Roller Derby as a skater and volunteer. Danielle has served in many roles within her league, including President.
