I have over four years of experience in the IT/software sector, working in various roles from sales to account management to customer success. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Florida State University. My mission is to deliver excellence in customer service and satisfaction, by understanding the customer's needs, challenges, and goals, and providing them with tailored solutions and support. I have a passion for strategic thinking and problem-solving, and I have demonstrated the ability to achieve favorable outcomes for both the customer and the company. I am also a skilled communicator and presenter, and I enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. I was awarded the Customer Success Manager of the Year 2022 and the Winner's Club member FY 2022 for exceeding my goals and targets at Syncron.
