I’ve built my career at the intersection of workforce and organizational strategy and the operational realities that shape how organizations execute and perform. With a foundation in social psychology and years in Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice, I bring a unique understanding of the cultural, leadership, and workforce conditions required to activate organizational priorities and deliver sustained impact at scale.I have led complex transformations for large, global organizations, including Deloitte, spanning change management and comms for a major operating model transformation impacting employees; assessment of the workforce implications of GenAI to inform enterprise strategy and workforce planning; and implementation of a post‑COVID hybrid RTO strategy, where I acted as PMO, partnering with cross-functional business units to track and drive ROI. Alongside my client work, I stepped into internal leadership roles that grounded me in the realities of running a business. I partnered closely with the Managing Partner and led core practice operations, including analysis of financial performance for an 80+ FTE team, producing executive‑level insights to support decision‑making. I also contributed to acquisition strategy and execution for Deloitte’s mid‑market consulting business to advance inorganic growth.Today, I bridge strategy and operations within Deloitte’s OperateNext business, a rapidly scaling, tech‑forward managed services organization. I work directly with the executive team as a force multiplier, shaping and activating the growth agenda. My work includes driving our GTM campaigns portfolio — supporting $500M in pipeline and $140M in sales this fiscal year — advising leaders on growth initiatives, designing and delivering industry‑focused Activation Labs, formalizing investment governance, accelerating new offering development, and structuring and facilitating executive forums. I operate as a strategic integrator, connecting dots across functions, anticipating risks and opportunities, and translating ambiguity into executable plans that enable decisive movement.I’m known for my calm presence, curiosity, and people‑centered approach. I see patterns quickly, ask the questions others don’t, and bring clarity to complex, cross‑functional work.
