About Danielle Grant

I am an innovative, Texas certified classroom teacher seeking an educational opportunity with your organization. I have earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Secondary Education and recently received my Masters Degree in Educational Administration. Education is my top priority in working towards a successful future. I believe that my pedagogical abilities, combined with my empathic personal skills would prove to be very effective in your educational system. In my previous role as an instructional educator, I developed my pedagogic foundation on introducing new and innovative concepts that enhanced student learning and interests. As a Site Coordinator, I led a team of staff including teachers, college students, and paraprofessionals in providing an after-school enrichment program for students K-5. In my current role as Project Director and Extended Day Program Coordinator, I oversee all after school/extended day programs in my district. I lead a successful team of full-time staff and work alongside all district coordinators, counselors and social workers. My team and I are responsible for providing academic enrichment activities to students in grades K-12 in partnership with local community partners, contractors, and district leadership. With each new experience I gain a greater passion for education.
