I currently work as Operation Support for a well know local and long established company. I have previously provided high levels of administrative support in very busy office settings along with finance administration and debt collection. I am also a fully trained senior carer with over 15years experience in the industry. I have a natural ability to build good relationships with stakeholders and provide a high standard of efficient, effect and compassionate services. I have experience working in customer focused and administration roles. In my recent positions I have overseen staff training, maintained administrative records, produced data analysis trackers and spreadsheets, ensured compliance with office policy and procedures, and worked closely with HR and payroll, along side ensuring CQC compliance.
