With over 17 years of experience in the logistics industry, I have successfully managed and coordinated the delivery of medical supplies and equipment across multiple regions. As an Area Manager in MD, I led a team of over 10 logistics coordinators and 250 IC’s, ensuring high quality service, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. I also implemented and monitored various projects, such as the ServiceNow platform, the customer success management program, and the COVID-19 response plan, with the help of my colleagues and partners. I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve, and I am always looking for new ways to optimize our processes, systems, and resources. I have strong skills in management, leadership, operations management, and project management, which I have developed and enhanced through my education and certifications.
