When you’ve always had big ambitions, the pursuit of growth becomes a constant. As someone who is driven and passionate in their work, being able to support my team is what gives me purpose. At the age of 16, I had worked up to a junior leadership position at my very first job. I learned quickly how vital trust, integrity, and constant feedback is to any team dynamic. Even in my current role, I still apply those lessons I learned so long ago. The payment processing industry has never failed to satisfy my endless curiosity and need for a challenge. With a Bachelor of Commerce focused in Finance & Economics paired with my history in leadership, I’ve developed a love for analytics just as I have for people. Today, I work with my team through business analysis, project and change management practices, being a point of escalation, training, networking and support. When I’m not at work, you can likely find me at the gym or gaming on my PC while my cat (Momo) deems my keyboard prime nap-time real estate.
