My event agency background has seen me deliver high quality events and complex projects for clients across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, including but not limited to pharmaceutical, telecommunications and technology. My expertise lies in the operational side of event management and I’ve spent many years working with agencies helping to support them with their operations, ensuring robust and fool proof processes and procedures are in place, that efficient resourcing solutions are working and sustainable and helping to educate project owners on commercial awareness.I enjoy working with all size agencies but my sweet spot is agencies that are starting to grow and in need of some direction to help make them more efficient and bring some organisation and structure.Key areas of expertise are as follows;• Operational Processes and procedures • Resourcing and delivery performance• Support with business finance, including but not limited to budgeting and forecasting, commercial awareness and cost savings • Procurement and negotiation • Manage vendor and supplier relationships, setting up and negotiating contracts.• Support with new starters, from recruitment, interviewing, inducting, and onboarding• End to end Project Management (and everything that comes in between!)
