Motivated, organized and entrepreneurial Australian living and working in America as a 501c3 Departmental Director with over five years experience supporting nonprofit through executive assistance, director engagement and high levels of team management and community engagement. Over 10 years experienced finance professional, mortgage broking and real estate partnership specialist. Adept at converting online, phone and in-person leads. Adept at creating and implementing programs and company initiatives both front end and back office. Skilled at planning, coordinating, and executing team projects, management and events resulting in accomplished goals. Familiar with utilization of up to date software tools for planning and customer service/volunteer and lead management. Over three years experience as a highly functional Executive Assistant to the CEO and Director of a global 501c3. In my personal time I actively grow a social media platform @hopeandgoodness which allows me to reach people with mental health advocacy beyond the four walls. My goal is to continue to educate and be available when that one person sitting at home finds themselves looking for an example or someone to talk to. I regularly have people reach out in my DM’s to chat with me via text when they are going through a difficult time.
