About Danielle Hunter

I have been employed at North Central Behavioral Health Systems for 10 years, as a Prevention Specialist. I work with students around two counties on substance abuse prevention. During my time here i have also received certification as a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Another fun fact about me is I am certified as a group exercise instructor and life coach. I am currently working on finishing up my certification as a nutritionist. I am CPR certified. Before North Central, i worked as the program coordinator at Big Brothers Big Sisters. It was such an honor and privilege to serve in that role. I worked on matching the kids with mentors. Part of that was doing the interviews and then analyzing all participants to find the best match. I followed up with match support as well, throughout the course of all matches at I currently run a motivation group on Facebook. One of my biggest purposes in life is to motivate, encourage and lift others up. There really isn't a better feeling than helping someone succeed or that is in need of support. I am always looking for ways to help others.
