I am passionate about creating a positive and productive workplace culture that fosters learning and development for employees and volunteers. Previously, I worked as a corporate communications coordinator and a training manager at Kontoor Brands, Inc, a global leader in denim and apparel. There, I managed the tasking program that streamlined and tracked teams' workflow across the organization, designed and implemented custom forms and surveys to collect and analyze data and feedback, and presented the tasking program to the European executive team. I also contributed to developing a virtual training platform during COVID-19 that enabled employees to access and complete online courses and modules. I aim to achieve results by implementing strategic initiatives and driving exceptional team performance.
