Responsibilities include managing a Clinical manufacturing team, a large team manufacturing HPLC and UPLC columns, previous Production Manager of Solid Phase Extraction manufacturing. 13+ years experience in SPE, HPLC, UPLC and Nano Capillary column use and manufacture. Experience in both manual technical and automated production areas. Leading a continuous improvement lean culture including 5S, structured problem solving (A3/C4/3S), standard work, hoshin kanri, LDMS and tiered cell boards, Kaizen etc. Laboratory start up, NPI and product transfers experience as well as project management. Target driven and proven record of acheiving manufacturing metrics and KPI's (labour efficiencies, yields, MUV and backflush budgets), cGMP, ISO9001 & ISO13485. Manage Capex and expense budgets.
