About Danielle King

I have experience across multiple fields and Industries. I currently work as a VP Project Manager in the Controls space, researching legal obligations for client-facing disclosure requirements, gathering inventory from tagged lines of businesses, and then rationalizing and publishing singular golden sources to satisfy those obligations. I previously worked as an Operations Analyst and Content Manager for Chase corporate, writing and editing procedural changes, conducting QA/QC, managing reporting, and working as Team Lead for various projects like building the Change Manager tool, training, and leading editorial teams. I was formally an Instructional Designer for Hondros Learning, writing textbooks and online courses for Insurance, Real Estate, Appraisal, and Nursing. I have worked internships within Insurance and Publishing. I currently serve as a Co-chair for the Women of Promise Charity Committee, which organizes the largest live and silent auction supporting a local non-profit organization, the New Directions Career Center. I dedicate every November-April working to raise funds, organize, and run the event. New Directions supports women from all walks of life to achieve success in the work field. The center supports women suffering from addiction, abusive situations, recently divorced women who have never needed to work, and women who are just looking for a change. The center offers courses in business, technology, resume building, and helps with job placement. The center also partners with other programs to help with counseling, housing, child care, and all of the hardships women often face when trying to succeed on their own. I am also self employed and sell my artwork on a variety of websites. I work on commission creating pet portraits. I donate my services to the Women of Promise event every year- being that women's success is an issue close to my heart. I am responsible, hard working, and I thrive in both strict and casual work environments. While I have a passion for art, writing, and have become a proficient editor, I am also great at analyzing data, creating reporting, and working as a project manager. My goal is to obtain a job that incorporates all of my skills. I am interesting in working within the banking, insurance, healthcare, publishing, or communications industries.
