About Danielle Langstaff

My career has spanned a variety of businesses and spaces, including spending a significant amount of time working in the retail, transportation, and healthcare industries. For almost a decade, I worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, managing various branches and regions, including human capital; operations; revenue and profit growth strategy; accounts receivable; and risk management strategy, execution, and management. My expertise required simultaneous management of personnel, assets, and profits, resulting in year-over-year reduction of expenses and increase in revenue and profits. After Enterprise, I moved into the healthcare industry, where I managed recruiters, strategized company directives, and developed new training programs for new employees. I managed a floor of recruiters who doubled revenue and profits in two years. I have parlayed my experience in management, strategic planning, financial assessment, and brand development across various industries into a consulting career. I work with a variety of companies, both established and start up, to build their brand, market share, and revenue. I received a Bachelors of Arts in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
