About Danielle Laudeman

As a passionate Campaign Development Manager with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society focusing on Big Climb, I specialize in driving impactful fundraising campaigns and fostering community growth. With over 8 years of experience in events, communication, fundraising and marketing, I have successfully managed three major campaigns in two markets, raising over $1.6 million in the past 2.5 years, including a record-breaking year for Big Climb Philly. My expertise lies in fundraising, team coaching, event management and organization. I am proud to serve as a DEI Changemaker Lead across the Northeast, representing Eastern PA-DE and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Kutztown University and have earned certifications in Building a Foundation of Equity from the University of Virginia, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Outside of work, I am a 200-hour registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. I love spending time on my mat, enjoying life with my friends, family, and my fur baby, Loki. Whether at the office or on the yoga mat, my goal remains the same: to continue growing and making a meaningful difference in my community.
